Welcome to Euroslot Pars. The following terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services, including product manufacturing, delivery, and site installation.

Delivery & Incoterms

Our standard delivery terms are based on the latest Incoterms rules. Depending on the contract agreement, we offer the following standard terms:

• EXW (Ex Works): Delivery is completed when goods are made available at our Parand Factory.
• FCA / FOB: Free Carrier or Free On Board at designated Iranian ports (e.g., Bandar Abbas) for international clients.
• CIF / CIP: Carriage and Insurance Paid to the designated destination.

Site Installation at Petrochemical Plants

Euroslot Pars offers installation supervision and execution for Reactor Internals and Wedge Wire Screens at petrochemical and refinery sites. Conditions include:

• Site readiness must be confirmed by the client at least 14 days prior to our engineering team's arrival.
• Safety protocols (HSE) of the designated site must be provided to our personnel.
• Necessary lifting equipment and scaffolding must be prepared by the client unless otherwise stated in the contract.

Warranty & Quality Assurance

All our Wedge Wire screens and industrial filters are manufactured under strict quality control standards. We provide a standard mechanical warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper installation (if not supervised by ESP), abnormal operating conditions, or chemical corrosion beyond the specified material grade limits.
