Pulp & Paper Solutions
Raw Material Preparation
Initial processing of raw materials, including wood debarking and chipping for virgin pulp, or waste paper bale handling and pulping for recycled fibers.
Pulping & Deinking
Chemical or mechanical transformation of raw materials into a fibrous slurry. For recycled paper, this stage includes critical flotation deinking to remove ink particles.
Washing & Screening
Extensive washing and coarse/fine screening to remove residual chemicals, shives, and coarse contaminants from the brown stock or recycled pulp.
Bleaching & Stock Preparation
Bleaching the pulp to desired brightness, followed by refining and adding necessary chemical additives to prepare the stock for the paper machine.
Approach Flow & Cleaning
The final stock preparation stage utilizing centrifugal cleaners and pressure screens to meticulously remove any remaining fine dirt and bundles before the headbox.
Forming & Pressing
The pulp suspension is distributed onto the forming wire to create the continuous paper web, followed by mechanical dewatering in the press section.
Drying & Finishing
Steam-heated drying cylinders remove remaining moisture, supported by hood air systems, followed by calendering for surface smoothness and reeling into jumbo rolls.
Water & Effluent Treatment
Critical filtration and treatment of process water for recirculation, and comprehensive effluent treatment to ensure environmental compliance before discharge.
