Water Treatment Process
Raw Water Intake & Screening
The initial intake of raw water, utilizing structures like trash racks, bar screens, and traveling screens to remove large debris before pumping.
Pre-Treatment & Clarification
Involves coagulation, flocculation, and sedimentation or Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) to carefully remove suspended solids and clarify the water.
Filtration
Passing water through multimedia filters, pressure sand filters, or activated carbon filters to meticulously remove fine particulates and organic compounds.
Softening & Dealkalization
Removing hardness and alkalinity through specialized ion exchange resins to prepare the water for advanced treatment or industrial use.
Reverse Osmosis (RO) & Ultrafiltration (UF)
Advanced membrane filtration processes that remove dissolved salts, organics, and microorganisms, optimally preceded by fine cartridge filtration.
Demineralization (Ion Exchange)
Utilizing Cation and Anion exchange vessels or Mixed Beds to reliably produce high-purity demineralized water for critical industrial applications.
Disinfection & Storage
Final treatment utilizing chlorination, UV, or ozone to ensure biological safety, followed by storage in treated water tanks equipped with specialized vent and intake screens.
